VA Loan

I first met Marcus through Allegiant Vets while I was transitioning out of the military. Of probably 15 different briefers from similar companies, Marcus was the ONLY one who directly addressed veteran-specific entitlements, rules, and considerations within the VA lending process. He immediately stood out, and that is ultimately why I decided to give him a call. That was nearly 10 months before I actually bought a home. At the time, I had no idea where we would end up or when we would be ready to buy. Marcus stayed in touch about every other month throughout that entire period with absolutely zero pressure. He simply checked in to see if our situation had changed and whether there was anything we needed from him. Once a career opportunity took us to another state and we were ready to buy, Marcus was Johnny on the spot from beginning to end. Over the course of the process, we developed what I would consider a professional friendship. We had numerous calls and conversations covering just about every aspect of the loan and home-buying process. If I didn't understand something, he explained it. If I wanted to see the numbers behind what we were discussing, he provided the math. If I needed another pre-approval letter for an offer, he turned it around quickly. This level of support started well before we ever had a home under contract. What impressed me most was that I never felt like Marcus was simply trying to close a loan. I felt like I had someone in my corner who understood VA lending, understood the unique considerations that come with being a veteran, and genuinely wanted to make sure my family and I were making informed decisions. To top it all off, Marcus was even able to get more money back to us at closing than I had anticipated or identified through my own research. I will 100% go back to Marcus and Formula Lending Group if rates drop and refinancing makes sense. I will continue recommending him to other veterans, friends, and family, and would gladly work with him again anytime our paths cross. Marcus earned my trust and my business months before I actually had any business to give him. I can't think of a better endorsement than that.
