Submission of a mortgage application does not guarantee approval. All applications are subject to credit approval, property appraisal, and verification of information. Loan terms and rates are subject to change based on market conditions and individual qualifications.

4. Fees and Charges

Fees associated with mortgage applications and services will be disclosed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. All fees are subject to the terms of your specific loan agreement.

5. SMS Messaging Terms (10DLC / A2P)

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree that Formula Lending Group (DBA of Xpert Home Lending, Inc.) and its service providers may send you 1:1 customer care text messages related to your mortgage inquiry and/or loan process (for example: appointment confirmations, status updates, document requests, and customer support communications). We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this SMS program.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel further text messages. You may receive a final confirmation message.
